LAU PA SAT - SATAY AND TIGER BEER

Last night we headed to the Hawker Center at Lau Pa Sat to sample some Satay.  Every night Boon Tat Street which runs along one side of Lau Pa Sat, turns into Satay Street.  It is closed to traffic at 7pm every day and stays open until 3am.  Vendors put out tables and these quickly fill up with patrons coming to sample the food from the Satay stalls that run along one side of the Hawker Center.  

We met up with some friends and just ordered assorted Satay and jug(s) of Tiger Beer to wash it down with.  Unfortunately, I don't have too many pictures as I was too busy socializing and soaking up the atmosphere.  There will be a next time though, so maybe I will pay more attention to my camera and post a few more photos.  It was a great, fun and casual evening.  I highly recommend it.
