Open Door Policy is a lively little bistro place on Yong Siak Street (number 19 to be exact) in the lovely "Art Deco", Tiong Bahru area.
We were exploring the Tiong Bahru area and it's market so we headed to ODP for an early lunch/brunch. Yong Siak is a fairly quiet little street, not too far from the market. Also on the street is a cute little coffee shop called Forty Hands, as well as a couple more eclectic little stores. It is obviously a popular weekend spot. We had no reservation and were told the tables were fully booked. However, they had a great little counter where we could sit and watch the chef's, on the other side of the glass, do their thing.
