So here we are, 28 years married - WOW!! It seems only yesterday that Graham and I were walking down the aisle at St. Marks Church, Dunham Massey. Married in the same church; by the same Vicar who had married my Mum and Dad 31 years previously! Graham had hair back then and I had a waistline lol!!
![]() What an adventure it has been. Moving to the USA and getting the chance to experience Singapore for a while. The biggest adventure of all - raising two kids!! They gave us a run for our money at times but I am proud to say they have grown into great people and I feel very proud and blessed. Along the way we have had some great adventures, made some great friends, experienced the lows as all of us do but also laughed a lot. To celebrate this auspicious occasion we got all togged up and headed for a meal at a rather nice restaurant I have been dying to try in Singapore.
The Salt Grill and Sky Bar by Luke Mangan. This restaurant is on the 55th floor of the Ion Orchard Shopping Mall so it has spectacular views of Singapore. The food is described as Modern Australian cuisine and it was very good. We started off at the bar (as you do) with some cocktails. Graham opted for a very unusual Blackberry flavored cocktail called a Starting Light, which he said was good. I stuck with my Cosmo. The food we had was delicious and the staff treated us to a spectacular "pud" just to cap it all off. It was a great evening.
Cheers!
